Congratulations to EEX swimmers Scott Heil (Univ of Fla) and Victoria Cassidy (Univ of MD). Scott just finished competing at Senior Nationals. Earlier this summer, Victoria traveled to California with EEX for the LA Invitational and swam to 3 Olympic Trial qualifying times! See you in September!

The Senior Elites and I arrived home from LA on Monday (weather was much better there!). We had a great trip and some very fast swims - lots of best times. Special congratulations to Victoria Cassidy who swam to 3 Olympic Trial qualifying times!!! She earned her ticket to Omaha, Nebraska next summer for the big show.
Note: the last long course training day will be next Wed! We'll be on break until early/mid Sept (except senior athletes going to Stanford to compete in Senior or Junior Nationals in August).
One more congratulations to our graduating seniors: Carly Gurick (Univ of Pennsylvania), Carlyn Hubert (TCNJ), Dan Gosek (Columbia) and Michelle Stefandl (Univ of Michigan). We wish them well next year in the classroom and the pool as they head off to college.
Good luck to everyone competing this weekend and next weekend! Stay cool...

Express
SwimAmerica, LLC is a progressive
10 station "learn-to-swim"
program for children ages 3 and over.
As each station's skills are mastered,
the developing swimmer is rewarded
then moved to the next station within
the progression. This effective step
by step method allows even the youngest
swimmers to learn to swim SAFELY,
while offering stronger swimmers the
opportunity to develop all of the
competitive strokes.Classes start April 16th, 2011.

Qualifying Seniors will be attending the fifth leg of the USA Swimming Grand Prix.. The Eric Namesnik Michigan Grand Prix will be held April 8-10 at the Canham Natatorium on the campus of the University of Michigan.
