As each station's skills are mastered, the developing swimmer is rewarded then moved to the next station within the progression. This effective step by step method allows even the youngest swimmers to learn to swim SAFELY, while offering stronger swimmers the opportunity to develop all of the competitive strokes.

LA Update

12 EEX senior group swimmers traveled to Los Angeles last week and competed alongside top swimmers in the country and the world (including 12 Olympians! - see the photo below with Natalie Coughlin) in the 2010 Los Angeles Grand Prix. The athletes had a great meet with more than 30 best times achieved! Special congratulations to Carly Gurick on her first Junior National qualifying time in the 400 IM! Scott Heil also made a long course Junior National time in the 200 free (already had the short course cut). Scott and Carly will travel back to California in August to compete in the USA Swimming Junior Nationals to be held in Irvine. So far Scott will compete in the 200 and 400 free and the 200 IM; Carly in the 400 IM and the 200 fly. They will follow their teammate Victoria Cassidy who will be in Irvine the prior week for Senior Nationals - Victoria will compete in the 200 IM, 400 IM and the 200 back.
